I booked the room via a website using my mobile telephone; so when I arrived I did not have a hard copy of the confirmation.
When I arrived i gave the receptionist my booking reference number; the email booking did not get through to your system in
time. The computer in the hotel lobby was being used by a guest so the reception staff checked us into a room gave me the
reception email address with your free WIFi I forwarded them my confirmation using my lap top. The reception staff were truly
helpful - they were focused on the solution as opposed to the problem - this is what customers want.
