The rooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer, a double bed, direct dial telephone and a TV. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Each room has a balcony or terrace.

The hotel has a hot tub. The property also offers regular après-ski activities for guests of all ages with live bands in bars and pubs and weekly activities including fireworks, Carnival Night, Taste of Big White, Big White Idol, bingo nights, movie nights, Wii nights, nightly bonfires with hot chocolate, and Sunday church services.

There is a walk-in medical clinic open 7 days a week, 3-6 pm. Day-time skiing from 8:45 am to 3:30 pm daily; night skiing from 5 pm to 8 pm Tuesday to Saturday. Note: these are standard hours. Skiing times may be extended during holiday periods and spring. Pictures are a representation of a typical apartment but not necessarily the actual unit guests will be occupying. All units are privately owned and decorated to the taste of the owner.
