Constructed in 1903, the hotel was renovated in 2005 and consists of a total of 40 rooms spread across four floors. It has been maintained in the ""belle époque"" style. The sound-proofed and air-conditioned rooms have all been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a high speed Internet connection, a direct dial telephone, and a radio. In addition, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set, a double or king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, and either a balcony or terrace are also provided in every room as standard.

This city hotel is located opposite train, coach, and tram stations, and is only 50 m from the ""Europole"" business centre and about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Numerous restaurants can be found in the neighbouring pedestrian zone. Grenoble, Olympic city and ""Capital of the Alps"", is also a good starting point for excursions, especially those in the air. In addition, it is a historic and cultural city with one of the best art museums in France, and is where the French Revolution began. The city is one the ""Route Napoléon"" and prides itself on its countless architectural sites, including buildings from the Renaissance, a medieval cathedral, the former town hall, and Stendhal's house.
