This is San Simeon's only oceanfront accommodation. Family owned and operated, the beach hotel is known for its warm hospitality. The inviting lobby greets guests at the check-in. There are 90 spacious rooms spread over 2 floors. The hotel is air-conditioned and facilities include a hotel safe, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon and a restaurant. Conference facilities are available for business travellers and Internet access is provided (additional fees apply). Those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the hotel's car park.
Room description
All rooms are non-smoking, pet-friendly, tastefully appointed and have one king or two queen-size beds. Each room also has an en suite bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. In addition all rooms include a DVD player, radio, minibar, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, iron and ironing board and satellite TV with HBO. Individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating are standard features in all accommodation.
Sport activities description
The hotel features a large heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, a guest laundry and a work-out room. For an additional fee, guests can pamper themselves with a massage or spa treatment. Morro Bay Golf Course is about 35 minutes' drive away.

The oceanfront hotel restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Guests are invited to check in after 4 pm, and are requested to check out before 12 pm. Pets are allowed, based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room with an 80-pound weight limit are permitted. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) may be accepted at the hotel's discretion. Guests should contact the hotel for details.

Then turn left at Broad St. Turn right at Marsh St and turn left at Santa Rosa St. Continue onto CA-1 N/Cabrillo Hwy and turn left at San Simeon Ave. Turn right at Frontage to P C H/ Hearst Dr. The hotel will be on the left.
