Newly built and opened in 2007, the hotel is one of the few family-owned and operated hotels in Dubrovnik. It is a real home away from home. It offers a combination of 24 modernly furnished rooms and suites (apartments). All rooms have balcony or terrace area. Full breakfast is included in all rates and is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor. Newly opened in 2011 is outdoor pool and bar area with sunloungers, jacuzzi and deck area for guest enjoyment. For additional fees, guests may take advantage of boat charter and fishing excursions. Internet access and parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

All rooms/suites feature fresh and modern furnishings, including an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as an balcony/terrace area, individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV and king-size beds (some twin rooms available). A direct dial telephone, Internet access, a safe, fridge and ironing set additionally feature in all units as standard. All suites have kitchen facilities.

The hotel is located in the area of Gruz, only a short walk from the main bus station and ferry terminals. It is an ideal base for exploring Dubrovnik and its surroundings. The Old City is a 10-minute bus ride from the hotel. Access to public transport is just 50 m from the hotel, and Dubrovnik Airport is located some 22 km away. Hotel offers airport transfers (additional charges apply).
