Room description
The serviced villas have been designed and appointed to ensure privacy and easy living, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxation afforded by the tropical surroundings. Each villa features an open-plan outdoor lounge, as well as kitchen and dining areas and luxurious bedrooms with a well appointed en-suite shower room. Amenities include satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a microwave, individually regulated air conditioning, a safe and a balcony or terrace.
Sport activities description
Each villa has its own saltwater swimming pool. Guests may also enjoy massage treatments. Additionally, the island provides a wide range of water sports, including diving, snorkelling, fishing, wakeboarding, kayaking and sailing.

This beach resort is located at the northern tip of Ko Samui's Lamai Beach. The luxurious villas are set amidst lush vegetation, approximately a 15-minute drive from the sandy beach. Samui Airport is about 16 km away.

How to get there
Leaving the airport terminals, turn left. Drive for 1.5 km until reaching a T-junction. Turn left at the T-junction. Drive for 4.1 km until reaching a T-junction with traffic lights. Turn left onto the main ring road for the island. Drive for 10 km. The modern IT complex will come into view on the left side of the road. Proceed for another 200 metres until the sign for the resort and 'Baan Family' becomes visible on the left side of the road. Turn left at that sign. Immediately after turning off the ring road, turn left again at the small sign for the resort. Proceed 100 metres, past Starbay Inn, and the thatched roofs of the resort will be visible on the right-hand side.
