How to get there
From Auckland, take Highway 1 south through the town of Taupo and continue south until reaching the town of Turangi at the southernmost point of Lake Taupo. Just past the Burger King, turn right onto Highway 41. Follow this for 3 kilometres, and then turn left onto Highway 47 and turn left onto Highway 48 at the Whakapapa Village sign. Follow for 6 kilometres to the hotel.
