be careful to book this hotel, we already get confirmation from hotelopia book one night and after arrived there they said is no room,and they just blamed hotelopia,... also there is one word said from them is not their problem. so we have to call many time to hotel opia that spent alot money to call abroad spain.so this hotel not professional they must have direct notice to on line booking system.finally we have to moved to other hotel.

Big, spacious rooms with bathroom and toilet separately. Friedly staff.

Unfortunately the rooms in the basement near the entrance are noisy.

At our booking, we asked for a room at the courtyard. We'd get this room without questioning. The men at the reception are very funny (making a lot of jokes)

All the staff were very polite, attentive and helpfull. The location of the hotel, at the gateway to the Medina, was really very convenient for my stay in Fes. The interior design being being very traditional Moroccan made all rightly atmospheric.

Although the rooms etc very clean, perhaps the overall maintenance was perhaps a little wanting, but nothing serious enough to upset my visit. My stay there was very much out of season, and there were very few guests, so perhaps it was not cost effective for the management to overly heat interior, which being hacienda open plan style is determined by the level of openair temperatures: and the cost of my four day half board accommodation was very reasonable, so I really have no complaints at all .

Conoscevo già Hotel Batha per averci soggiornato 3 anni fa: la posizione è imbattibile, all'ingresso dellla Medina e comunque facilmente raggiungibile in taxi o mezzi pubblici dalla Gare o dall'aeroporto - La struttura è gradevole anche se piuttosto standard, migliorerei solo la varietà di scelta dei prodotti a colazione. Le stanze sono accoglienti, pulite e soprattutto calde, viste le basse temperature di questo inizio primavera. Su tutto prevale indubbiamente il prezzo pagato tramite Hotelopia: la metà rispetto a quello proposto da altre agenzie su Internet e dall'hotel stesso, e per lo stesso tipo di stanza!! Sono rimasta decisamente soddisfatta.. Grazie!!

Es un hotel muy bonito a la vista y se encuentra junto a la medina de Fez.

Las habitaciones dan directamente al exterior y la "calefacción" de la que disponen es insuficiente, por lo que en invierno mejor no alojarse aquí, pulmonía garantizada. Además el desayuno es muy pobre.

dommage qu il n'y aie qu une seule chambre possedant un lit double ! d autre part, la salle à manger est très froide , on pourrait fermer les volets en bois de l interieur, tirer les doubles rideaux et surtout allumer les cheminées à l avance , car nous avons sejourné du 30 decembre au 4 janvier , il faisait très froid !

position de l'hotel tres bon emplacement elle est a quelque pas de la medina

la salle de bain est terriblement usée les joints sont noirs il y a plein de calcaire sur les robinets franchement il faudrait revoir ça.

Bonjour J'ai eu un contretemps et devais venir 2 jours plus tard. Je n'ai pas pu retarder mon arrivée auprès de l’hôtel ni annuler les 2 jours prévus. Au téléphone, ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas me rembourser.
