Situated in the grounds of a country house hotel, the lodge is a separate building which was completed in August 2003. The holiday lodges are fully serviced and meals and bar facilities are provided in the hotel. Parking is available.

The lodge provides 11 guest rooms, consisting of 7 double rooms and 4 twin/doubles. All rooms are self contained with en-suite facilities. They are also equipped with free-view television, tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones.

A wide range of activities such as quad biking, archery and falconry can be enjoyed on the private estate under qualified instruction, tailor-made to suit your requirements. The Scottish Highlands and Perthshire offer some of the finest salmon fishing and scenery in Scotland. The abundance of excellent sporting estates nearby makes it an ideal base for shooting, tracking, golfing, hunting and fishing in Scotland.

Edinburgh, Pitlochry, Stirling, Glamis Castle and Dundee are all within an hour away. Typical day excursions include trips to the Royal Deeside, Speyside and Aviemore, Inverness, Fort William and the West Coast.

How to get there
From the M90 continue on the M90 to the Broxden roundabout junction with the A9 to the west of Perth. Join the A9, heading North, following signs for Pitlochry and Inverness. Remain on the A9 for 7 km. Leave the A9 at the slip road for Luncarty and join the B9099 for 7 km. Continue through Stanley, and turn right at West Tofts, following the signs for Kinclaven and Ballathie House. Take the motorway to Perth, (follow signs for Inverness) 3 km north of Perth, take the B9099 through Stanley, turn right at the sign for Kinclaven (Ballathie). Or it is possible to turn off the A93 at Beech Hedges and follow the signs for Kinclaven (Ballathie). From Edinburgh, take the A90 and cross the Forth Road Bridge towards Dunfermline. Join the M90 and follow the directions above. From Glasgow take the A80/M90 towards Stirling. Join the M9 heading north to Dunblane. Join the A9 to Perth. Follow directions above.
