Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and a good shower. Not a big room but perfect for the 2 of us. Would definitely book again.
Not a very big choice at breakfast and not a lot of room to help yourself when it was busy. The food was all at one end of a smallish room so when it was busy it was hard to manouvre back to your table.

Lovely and clean, quiet location, friendly helpful staff.
Neither of the bedside lamps worked. The handbasin tap was decidedly wobbly and the shower, although lovely and hot, would benefit from the head being descaled thoroughly.

Facilities in room did not work. Eg tv, taps in bathroom, shower door. Gym advertised as external but no one could say where it was. Breakfast quality was poor. Staff were unhelpful and very unprofessional. Pictures on website make hotel more grand than it actually is.

Is very clean and stff i spoke to were polite and helpfull
The breakfast was rubbish! Had to toast my own toast! Not what i expected for the price i paid would have thought there would have been more variety! Just plain toast and cereal! Could of had that at home! Room was very small and so was the shower which was squirting everywhere!

Good clean and tidy hotel, Great location close to the Museums (10 minutes stroll ). Would deffinately use again
Our room was rather small but was ok. The tv set would not pick up any radio channels

the room was spacious and modern and bathroom clean and obviously recently renovated.
however the 3rd bed didn't have a headboard.

Good room for the money. Also good because of the Underground is near (Gloucester Road).
The breakfast is not very good. Less variance of food.

very pleasant stay, cud maybe do with a hot breakfast too for the price of the hotel.
very close to Gloucester tube station so handy for commuting to go round London and near to shops like Tescos for things may need in a hurry. Nice peaceful area too. Each day the room was serviced and you were left with tea/coffee. Good that had a tv in room, but only basic channels.
Boiling hot room, needs air con or something as on 5th floor and a small room, had to sleep with the fan on several nights. Shower head on shower fell off whilst in the shower 1 light didnt work
get the tube to other desinations
Excellent hotel for the price and location, would definitely stay again, if I could get the room at the same price. It was very quiet at night, on the 4th floor. My sister in law who had a room in the basement, not so nice, even though we booked at the same time.
Overheated, had to turn off the radiator, even though it was -2 outside. The sliced bread at breakfast was a bit disappointing, a croissant would have been nicer, though it was great to get breakfast included in the price and the yoghurt, and fruits made up for it and it was fine.
