Cleaniness, professional and helpfull staff, near the centre, very near to public transport, 24 hours reception, available bar service.good quality and variety of breakfast.
Non existance of airconditioning in the rooms( a must during summer), absence of meals /dinner

los muebles necesitan un cambio. En la habitación en la que estuve faltaba un cajón y los muebles estaban muy golpeados y rascados. En el baño solo hay jabón y pañuelos. Para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas es francamente escaso: si quieres el material que se ofrece normalmente en hoteles de la misma categoria tienes que pagar 5eur/dia: lo considero abusivo
The rooms are quite big. The location is perfect. Close to metro station and 5min away from city center. Tram stop almost at the door. Many shops and restaurants around.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you need to go outside. Not a problem since there are several restaurants around.The rooms are very old, furniture needs an upgrade. It is not a 4 star Hotel, I would say more a low 3 stars. We spent there 4 nights and the sheets were never changed, they would just do the bed.
