    near to tram station to get into town quickly night porter good english

    both rooms air con not working had to clean shelves before putting clothes on them towels had to last 5 nights ? although never asked to replace

    The staff were friendly and very happy to help. The room was very clean. The small kitchen unit was small but adequate and useful. The bathroom was very clean and had a very nice shower. The hotel was quiet so we slept well.

    We were on the third floor so we had green windows which meant that the room was completely green. I really disliked it! The double bed was more like a double camping (foldaway) bed, although admittedly it was very comfortable and sturdy. I could smell the drains when i first came into the room - but this was usually better when we kept the plug in the kitchenette's sink.

    Propre et bon accueil

    Nous sommes déçu d avoir dans un canapé convertible. Nous pensions avoir un vrai lit .

    Conforme aux descriptifs, l'appartement que nous avions choisi était petit mais très fonctionnel. La proximité du Tram pour accéder au centre de Bordeaux en toute tranquillité, Le parking souterrain de la ville accessible aux résidents de l'hôtel qui profite d'un tarif préférentiel. Merci pour l'accueil et pour les renseignements fournis. (Le personnel est agréable et disponible)

    Tout était bien sauf le prix du petit-déjeuner que je trouve trop élevé par rapport à ce qui est servi. Pour 9€, je m'attendais à mieux.

    Buena relación calidad precio, camas aceptables y utensilios básicos para cocinar. No entiendo la descalificación que hacían algunos comentarios al respecto, conozco por mi profesión hoteles de alta gama y salvando las distancias y por supuesto el precio, es un hotel muy aceptable. Incluso, dejan estropajo y Jabón para la limpieza, además tiene lavavajillas. Repetimos 2 días más en este apartahotel.

    La moqueta, no comprendo como en un apartahotel nuevo colocan moqueta.

    Buen aparthotel, centrico y con personal amable.Las habitaciones para tres son pequeñas, de dificil manejo.
