The family friendly hotel with an exclusive ambiance was built in 1970 and completely renovated in 1999. There are a total of 88 rooms on 6 floors of which 87 are doubles and 1 suite. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a games room, Internet access and a bicycle storage facility. In addition, the hotel has a cosy café, a newspaper stand, several shops, a hairdresser's salon, a theatre room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area. Close to the hotel guests will find the thermal spring to which it is connected by a short, roofed passage. Wonderful Portoroz Beach is separated from the hotel by just a street. Trieste airport is only a 45 minute drive away and Ljubljana is an hour away by car.
