The hotel is located in Hoi An, known all over the world as a Cultural Heritage Site. In order to introduce this special site of Hoi An to the world, the resort was built right on 7 hectares of coconut palm forest in Cam Thanh ward, one of the focal points of the Vietnamese Revolution. The sea and sandy beach at Cua Dai are around 10 km away by public transport. Various restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues are to be found some 3 km away from the hotel, which is about a 30-minute walk from links to the local public transport network and 4 km from the bus station. The casino is some 30 km away and Da Nang Airport is some 35 km from the establishment.
