Built in 2010, the air-conditioned hotel is a luxury resort offering 85 tastefully appointed deluxe suites and villas surrounded by lush gardens, lakes and creeks. Room description

These deluxe units offer open plan living/dining areas that lead out onto a large terrace. The state-of-the-art modern kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. All the bedrooms are en suite with a shower and equipped with a separate LCD TV with satellite/cable channels, a double bed and terrace or Juliet balcony. A hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Internet access, a safe, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning also features as standard.

Sport activities description

The resort offers a complete spa with beauty and massage treatments, a poolside snack bar, pool lounge, wine cellar, putting green and live music (seasonal). A total of 3 outdoor swimming pools are on site, including one especially for children. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out at the hotel for use and may be hired on the beach. In addition, the hotel features a gym, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Facilities are available for paddle tennis, pool/snooker, minigolf and biking. Gramacho Golf Course is just under 1 km from the hotel.

Meal service description

The hotel brings the best of Mediterranean, traditional and fusion cuisine to life. A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning, whilst lunch and dinner are offered à la carte. Dinner may alternatively be selected from a buffet.

The hotel is located between the two fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The surrounding area features several golf courses, a horse riding centre, water parks and an international harbour and racetrack in Portimão. Links to the public transport network are a stone's throw from the hotel. The bus and train stations are around 2 km away, as is the beach. Faro Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 60 km.

How to get there

Leave Faro International Airport (FAO) towards the A22 Portimão. Arriving on the A22, continue straight on towards Portimão/Lagoa. Leave the A22 towards Lagoa. Arriving at Lagoa, turn right towards Ferragudo at the first set of traffic lights. Turn left at the first roundabout. Take the second left at the second roundabout. At Sesmarias turn left at the first road after the water tower and the hotel will be found on the right.
