This air-conditioned complex's 120 luxury villas are surrounded by volcanic landscapes, banana plantations and exuberant vegetation with over 300 varieties of plants, trees and palms. Guests can enjoy panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. There are 10 restaurants offering exquisite gourmet cuisine and 5 themed bars, including a sports bar and a reading room. Room description
The villas each feature a fully fitted bathroom with a bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. A double bed, a pillow menu and luxury toiletry products are also available. Further amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a radio, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning units. Also included are a free safety deposit box and a private terrace. Internet access and a minibar are available for an additional fee. Most rooms offer a double bed.
Sport activities description
The complex includes private swimming pools. Guests can use the hotel facilities, such as the golf course, which features golf lessons and a driving range (fees apply). Guests can choose to move around the different areas of the resort on the golf buggies driven by staff. There are 8 swimming pools, including a pool for children, with spacious sun terraces, sun lounges and parasols. Further sports facilities include a tennis club and gym, and aerobic classes and water aerobics are also laid on (fees apply), as are boat moorings and an entertainment programme for adults and children. Guests may also enjoy a game of pool/snooker. The spa and health centre (charges apply) offers an atmosphere of harmony and peace to relax the body and mind. It has a floor area of 2500 m2, distributed over 3 zones: the Recreation Zone with its thermal circuit, sauna, samarium, Turkish baths, caldarium, thermal pool, ice cabin, tepidarium, aromatherapy, Kneipp circuit and cabins, and the Treatment Zone and the Beauty Zone with their full range of beauty treatments (fees apply). The Abama Kid´s Club is complementary for children from 4yrs to 11yrs.

M.B restaurant is awarded its first Michelin Star thanks to the quality, service, creativity and dedication in all dishes. The restaurant run by Chef Martin Berasategui becomes the main reference gourmet Tenerife. Mb's cuisine lies in the delicate balance between temperatures, flavour and texture, mixing tradition, technique and innovation.
