The apartment complex consists of 3 floors with a total 116 apartments. Facilities on the complex include a pool and garden area, a TV room, a small supermarket, a cosy bar, an air-conditioned restaurant and a public Internet terminal (additional fees apply). As an additional service the complex offers a laundry with an extra charge. Younger guests may let off steam in the children's playground.
