The complex has 34 1-bedroom apartments for 2-4 persons and 6 2-bedroom apartments for 4-6 persons. The 1-bedroom apartments have a lounge/dining room with sofa bed and satellite TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a kitchen with vitroceramic hob and microwave, as well as a bathroom and a furnished terrace. The 2-bedroom apartments offer the same amenities but have 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and another with 2 single beds.

There is a swimming pool with a children's pool in the outdoor complex, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

The accommodation price includes dinner service, water, gas and electricity, as well as the use of the swimming pool. There is a cleaning service before arrival and on departure. Bed linen is changed weekly. A refundable deposit must be paid on arrival. The keys can be collected from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 1 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7 pm (closed Sunday). In case of arrival outside of these hours, guests should call in advance to inform the receptionist of their expected arrival time (there will be a surcharge).
