Room description

All of the basic apartments are one-bedroom units. They each consist of a living room with a sofa bed and satellite/cable TV, as well as a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and 2 hotplates), dining area, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom and balcony or terrace. A safety deposit box is available on request (for a fee).

Sport activities description

The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can play pool/snooker for an additional fee. The Puerto del Carmen golf course is about 1 km away. Guests may hire sun loungers and parasols on the nearby sandy beach.

This apartment complex is situated in a quiet but central part of Puerto del Carmen, only 500 m from the beach and the beach avenue with a bus stop, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is only 10 minutes from Lanzarote Airport via taxi and/or other transfer (about 12 km).
