Room description
Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a vitroceramic cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer and an ironing set. There is a semi-independent dining area; a spacious living room with high ceilings; a semi-independent reading room, which can also be used as an additional bedroom; 3 separate double rooms with a terrace and 2 wonderfully spacious bathrooms. Individually regulated air conditioning, a card table, satellite TV, a DVD player, an electronic safe and an Internet connection are also included in the rooms. Cots are available on request.
Sport activities description
Each villa features a private pool with garden, terrace, 2 sun loungers and parasols. All kinds of tourist services are available in the surrounding area including excursions by sea, air and land, as well as an unbeatable choice of sporting options, ranging from golf to deep sea fishing, hiking, diving (also for handicapped persons) or trips by small submarines. A golf course can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

This resort is quietly situated in the south of Gran Canaria, an island that affords one of the best climates in the world, in both summer and winter. Various thalasso therapy centres and medical services are situated in the vicinity. A shopping centre is also to be found in the surrounding area. A number of beaches and the marina are to be found within 200 m of the hotel.

How to get there
Follow the motorway signs for Mogan until reaching Puerto Rico. Once in Puerto Rico head for the sport yachting port, to the left of the beach. The villas are only a short distance away, in an area called Barranco de agua la perra.
