Built in 1974 and renovated in 2004, this complex offers a total of 307 apartments spread over 9 floors as well as sprawling, beautiful gardens (10,000 m²) and swimming pools for adults and children ( with aquatic park). Guests to the ApartHotel are offered use of a stylish foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, there is a café, a cosy bar, a small supermarket, a newspaper stand, a games room, a conference room and a TV room.
