In the summer season, the reception is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm. Guests arriving after 8 pm are asked to contact the hotel in advance. The restaurant is closed throughout the summer season. Room cleaning is not included, but an optional cleaning service is available. Guests are asked to book the service at the reception 24 hours in advance. During the winter season, the reception is open from 8 am to midnight. There is also a daily cleaning service.
