This hotel underwent renovation work in 2005 and comprises a total of 52 suites spread over 7 floors. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. The air-conditioned hotel also offers a small supermarket, a nightclub and Internet access (for an additional fee). The gastronomic facilities include a café, 3 bars and 2 restaurants. Children may let off steam in the playground. Guests may enjoy wonderful panoramic views out over the sea from the swimming pool and restaurant terraces, which could very well feature in an ‘Idyllic Holiday' picture postcard. Fees apply for use of the room service and there is a car park for those arriving by car.

Sport activities description
There is a swimming pool with a children's pool and a poolside snack bar with parasols in the outdoor complex. Moreover, guests may relax in the sauna and there is a massage service to take advantage of (charges payable). Fees apply for use of the tennis courts and billiards tables. There is an international entertainment programme to allow for variety.

The living units afford an elevated situation and thus enjoy magnificent views out over Kusadasi Bay and the yachting marina. The complex is ideally located to suit all tastes, in a relatively quiet area off the main ring road. It is possible to reach the resort centre and town beach in 5 minutes by making use of the local Dolmus service, which is a form of communal taxi. Tusan Beach may also be reached by Dolmus in just 10 minutes. Ladies Beach and Long Beach can also be easily reached by Dolmus. A diverse selection of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found within 2 km of the hotel and it is approximately 80 km to Izmir airport whilst Bodrum airport is around 130 km away.
