The complex opened in 2008 and has 30 apartments in total spread across 3 floors. The complex has a mainly international population. All properties are well orientated between the south and east, therefore offering guests the chance to enjoy many winter sunshine hours.
Room description
Due to its unique layout, all units offer beautiful views looking onto the communal pool and landscaped garden areas. Sea views can be had from 1st and 2nd floor apartments. Apartments come fully equipped with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV and a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and washing machine. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating units come as standard and apartments include a terrace. When it comes to furnishings, there are two different styles on offer: modern and classic. Double beds come as standard in all rooms.

How to get there
From the AP-7 motorway, head in the direction of Alicante-Cartagena, and take the 763 exit sign-posted as La Zenia/Urbanizaciones. On leaving the toll, continue in the direction of San Miguel Salinas. After 2 kilometres, once you have passed the entrance to the Golf Club Villmartin, take a right turn. The residence is 100 metres away from here.
