This apartment hotel was established in August of 2007 and is built in the style of a typical Andalusian village. It was built on the site of an old vineyard and comprises 7 low-rise (3-storey) apartment blocks with a total of 126 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check-out service, lifts giving direct access to the underground parking area, a restaurant, wi-fi Internet access and a hotel safe. Guests may also take advantage of the room service, and there is a children's play area for younger guests.

Apartments of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms penthouses. The apartments with 1 bedroom have double bed. And apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms and penthouses have a bedroom with double room, and rest of bedrooms have two single beds and 2 bathroomos. Satellite TV, iron anda board for ironing, direct telephone, electrical vitro-kitchen with 4 cooking rings, full cutlery, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher,oven microwave and hair drier.

Sport activities description

Guests may enjoy a work-out in the gym, and there is a small spa equipped with a sauna, a spa pool, a Turkish bath and an aromatic bath facility and offering massage treatments (for an additional fee). The hotel features an open-air swimming pool for adults with a children's section, a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols.
