Lovely quiet hotel, on the best part of palmanova, we had huge sea view balcony, spacious flat with absolutely everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable even if some bits old or faded, never mind. Great staff. Second time here, seen 4 flats, all very good

THE HOTEL IS IN AN IDEAL LOCATION,NEAR TO SHOPS AND RESTERAUNTS,AND ALMOST ON THE BEACH,THE FOOD WAS OF A VERY GOOD STANDARD.
WHEN THE HOTEL HAS STAG PARTYS NOTHING SEEMS TO BE DONE TO KEEP THE PIECE AND QUIET THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IN A NICE HOTEL.
ONCE AT THE RESORT THERE SEEMS TO BE EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED ON FOR AN ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY ON YOUR DOOR STEP.

Because this hotel is a good couple of Kilometers from Magalluf it does not tend to attract rowdy guests, and young revellers. Even in high season it is suitable for families seeking an undisturbed nights sleep.

If you are prepared to walk or use frequent bus services, everything in Palma Nova and Magalluf is within reasonable distance - do not need car unless planning to tour island. Best restauarants are quite close to hotel - The Real Dion (300 yards from hotel along beach front) serves excellent food at no more cost than many poorer quality restauarnts. Fantasia Golf facility is also very close.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious
Very quiet because it was December. Being able to self-cater was a major advantage and satisfied us.

Appartement spacieux, avec belle terrasse; Piscine chauffée à l'intérieur, piscine extérieure, billard payant (1€) Hôtel face à la mer, avec jeux sur la plage (structure, toboggan, ..., toile d'araignée sur la plage); Commerces, resto et supérette au pied de l’hôtel.
Réservation par internet non prise en compte, non-enregistrée (cela passe par une centrale...), heureusement qu'il y avait de la place (en novembre). Strict minimum en cuisine, mais cela a été suffisant. Sol carrelé abimé (lié à l'âge du bâtiment).

Location was great and the personal very friendly. The kids had a great time.
The hotel was a bit worn.
