The apartment complex lies in the beach resort of Puerto del Carmen, in immediate proximity to the fabulous beaches and the commercial zone of Fariones. The capital of Arrecife is approximately 12 km away and it is 6 km to the airport. Less than 400 meters is the traditionally known as "Playa Grande", is considered one of the best beaches on the island and offers a wide range of services.
