This apartment complex comprises several one and two storey buildings with a total of 47 apartments and bungalows, which blend harmoniously into their surroundings. Food and beverage is served at the pool bar. Fees apply for use the public laundry. Fresh bread rolls can be served each morning on request. Public car parking spaces are available outside of the hotel.

Room description

Each of the welcoming, tasteful apartments comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower, Wifi, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional fee) as well as a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom (which in selected rooms is separated from the lounge by a curtain) and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine. Each accommodation unit also features a balcony or terrace; final cleaning is included in the price.

Sport activities description

In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a poolside snack bar. The nearest golf course is approximately 3 km away.

The apartments are centrally located within a well-maintained complex that lies just across the road from the local sandy beach. It is 1 km to the centre of Puerto del Carmen and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. A diverse range of shops and entertainment venues as well as restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity. Transfer to the airport takes about 15 minutes.
