This apartment complex was built in 1988, renovated in 2003 and consists of a total of 105 apartments/ studios spread over 2 floors as well as a 3,000 m² garden. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Furthermore, guests will find a small supermarket, a restaurant (highchairs for infants available), a car park, a garage and a children's playground.

The simple apartments/ studios all come with a combined living/ sleeping room and an en suite bathroom. Facilities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a washing machine, a fridge and a kitchenette. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.
