All apartments come with a fully-equipped kitchen area (2 or 4 hotplates, fridge, mini oven, mini dishwasher, cooker hood, electric coffee maker) and a bathroom (hand basin and bath or shower). Most offer a separate toilet. A hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and flat-screen TV are also provided.

A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Usually, check-in is on Saturdays from 5 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. For short stays, check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is by midday. Reception is open Saturdays from 8 am to 8 pm and Sunday to Friday from 9 am to midday and from 3 pm to 7 pm. Guests planning to arrive outside of reception hours should inform reception in advance.

Bois Plage-en-Ré, a small city with a beach, located approximately 4 km away, can easily be reached by car or bicycle.

How to get there
From Paris: Take the A6 motorway, followed by the A10 motorway. Then take exit 33 for Rochefort/La Rochelle/Surgères. Take the RN248, followed by the RN11 towards La Rochelle. At La Rochelle, drive along the Rocade ring road towards l'Île de Ré/péage de l'Île de Ré. After crossing the Île de Ré Bridge, take the D 735, following the North Itinerary via Rivedoux and La Flotte as far as Saint-Martin-de-Ré. At the first roundabout continue straight on, and at the second roundabout follow the signs for Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Upon passing the fortification, take an immediate left following the sign for the residence down Rue de l'Hôpital. At the end of this road is the Place de la République. Take a right, followed by the next left, driving past L'Étude Notariale, L'Hôtel de Ville and the post office. Then take the next left. On the opposite side of the square is the Rue des Gouverneurs and the reception.
