The apartments are part of large buildings which were renovated in 2011. All have free parking in the car park/garage. Other facilities include lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon, games room, kids' club, bar, pub, disco and restaurant. Room description
All apartments have an open-plan kitchen, an en suite bathroom with a shower and bath, a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds. One set of towels and sheets per person is provided, and it is possible to request additional sets. Other amenities include a TV, heating, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

The apartments are spread over the upper part of the ski resort, at the second stop of the Parador chairlift. The town centre, Plaza Pradollano, is around 600-800 m away. Restaurants, bars and transport can be found at main squared at less 15 minutes walk away. Granada is around 45 minutes' drive away, and the famous Alhambra can be reached in around 35 minutes' drive. The beaches of the Costa Tropical, such as at Motril and Almunecar, are approximately an hour's drive away.
