Even though the weather was bad, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Neptuno and are booking again for this year.
The apartment was perfect, the staff very helpful and the service excellent. The food was varied and well cooked.

Staff were frendly and the room was large and airy
Rooms and indoor pool looked a little tired. Presumably due to being out of season and due for a spring clean Not dirty though, and maid service was excellent

good quiet position
badly signed, difficult to find when driving to it the first time. Impossible to find at night with no illuminated sign. More detailed street maps should be sent to new clients.

Toda la instancia nos pareció bastante buena pero quiero resaltar sobre todo el trato. Fuimos con un niño celiaco y tanto el trato como la atención hacia él fueron explendidos. Muy recomendable para este colectivo ya que además de la atención, cuentan en todo momento con gran variedad de productos hacia ellos.

me gusto el trato del personal del hotel, asi como su piscina cubierta ideal para ir con crios en temporada con no muxo calor.
la comida tenia poca variedad de buffet y en algunos platos mal hecha, y los postres muy flojos especialmente el arroz con leche(incomible). desayuno bueno como en otros hoteles.

Todo muy bien, sobre todo la comida. No dejeis de visitar el Meson del jamón, bar de tapas muy cercano..

Nice employees. We had a late check in and they reserved a nice appartment for us. They had a cold dinner ready for us as well. Great!
The food was cooked te long which is a pity. The beds in the swimming pool are old and don't lay confortable.
