The hotel was opened in 2002, has six floors with a total of 107 double rooms and 126 apartments. It has a lobby with a lift, a café and a reception open 24 hours a day, a hotel safe. It also has a bar, a café, beauty salon, a games room, TV room / conferencias y a buffet restaurant, air-conditioned and offers highchairs for children. Guests are also a conference room, Internet terminal, laundry service and bicycle rental, bicycle storage, a kids club in high season, parking and a garage.

Sport activities description

The comfortable beach hotel is situated at the centre of the tourist area, very close to the extensive beach promenade and the nearby centre of Playa Serence, about 200 m away. A stop for public transport is situated only 100 m from the hotel. A bus stop is also to be found close by. Nearby are diverse shops, countless restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and entertainment venues. The inviting beach that lies by the turquoise blue sea is also close to the hotel (200 m away).
