The small, well maintained complex has a personal atmosphere, was built in 1973 and renovated in 2003. It consists of a 4 storey main building with a total of 36 apartments. The apartment complex was built in 1990 and the accommodation later underwent a complete refurbishment in 2002. Facilities at the complex's lobby include an Internet terminal as well as lounge, where guests may lend books and games, as well as a supermarket. Additional facilities include a bar, a café and restaurant. A doctor's practice is located in the complex, which lies opposite. In addition, the complex has its own car park.

The welcoming and spacious apartments come equipped with integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a kitchenette with a fridge and some also include a balcony or terrace (some include views out over the sea). Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, and for an additional fee, a safe and satellite/ cable TV.

Sport activities description

A swimming pool with a children's paddling area and a sun terrace with sun loungers is located in the outdoor complex. A separate terrace for nude sunbathing is to be found on the upper levels. For an additional fee, guests may use the hotel's own snooker table, tennis and squash courts. The complex also offers an on-site diving school. Down on the beach, the opportunity to go windsurfing exists.
