The apartment complex was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004. There are 240 apartments/studios in total over 5 floors. The complex offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a lounge, a bar/café, 3 lifts, a games room, a conference room and a buffet restaurant. In addition, guests are offered use of WLAN Internet access as well as an Internet point (fee apply).

Room description

The welcoming studios include an integrated living room/ bedroom, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, a satellite TV, a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests can have make use of a microwave and the TV remote control upon leaving a deposit. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom and free Internet Wi- Fi.

Sport activities description

Outside, guests may make use of a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (both heated in winter) and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may use the hotel's 2 tennis courts, with Astroturf and floodlights (for an extra fee) and play table tennis.
