Room description
Each apartment comes with a bathroom, as well as a kitchen area with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffeemaker. Air conditioning, a vacuum cleaner, TV and a small, furnished loggia also come as standard.

A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years of age by French Decree No. 95.949 from 25/08/1995. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is until 6pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm, Sunday and Wednesday from 9 am to midday and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 5 to 7 pm. It is closed on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. Guests planning to arrive outside of these opening hours should inform reception in advance.

How to get there
From Paris: Follow the A6 motorway to Lyon, then take the A7 to Marseille. Take the A8 towards Aix-en-Provence/Nice/Vintimille. Take the exit for Menton, and follow the signs for Centre Ville. Drive down into Menton as far as the railway bridge. Go under the bridge, and continue for a further 100 m. Then turn left towards the Hôtel de Ville. The residence is on the left-hand side, 100 m after the police station.
