Air conditioning, a television, telephone (charges apply) and a balcony with garden furniture are also provided.

The municipal tennis court is about 2.5 km away. Golf Country Club de Saint Donat in Grasse is some 17 km away, while Golf d'Opio Valbonne in Opio is approximately 21 km away. Both courses have 18 holes.

A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Guests usually check in on a Saturday from 5 pm and check out by 10 am on the day of departure. In the case of a short stay, guests should check in from 11 am and check out by 6 pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to midday and from 4 to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 4 to 8 pm. More precisely, it is in Juan-les-Pins in the commune of Antibes, at the end of the Juan Gulf, between the Cap d'Antibes and the Pointe de la Croisette. Juan-les-Pins is the second most important town on the Côte d'Azur and has almost 25 km of the most beautiful coastline in France. This resort is open all year round and offers markets, restaurants and harbour activities. The residence is about 500 m from the beach. From Paris: Take the A6 motorway towards Lyon, then the A7 towards Marseille. Then take the A8 towards Aix-en-Provence/Nice to Antibes. Turn left at the roundabout (Chemin des Sables), and then take the first street to the left (Avenue de la Rostagne).
