Built in 1996, the hotel complex was completely renovated in 2003 and has a 4-storey building with 115 apartments in total. Guests are offered a substantial lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it has a TV room, a cosy bar and a snack bar. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Younger guests may let off steam in the play area and those arriving by car may park in the private parking.

Comments from hotel

For reservations during the New Years period (29.12 till 01.01.12), it required a safety deposit. This amount can be paid upon arrival either by credit card or cash and is returned on the departure day, upon verification of the apartment in case no damages have been made.
