Hotel description Lu Nibareddu Residence Hotel
The complex of buildings starts at the beach and extends up the hillside, characterised by junipers and flowers, to the village where a restaurant/pizzeria, swimming pool, tennis court, 5-a-side football pitch and a small theatre can be found. A snack bar and mini-restaurant for lunch are situated directly on the beach. The apartment resort was renovated in 2009 and offers 100 apartments and a lobby.
Room description
The various apartments are villas of brickwork, built conveniently close to all the necessary facilities and places of entertainment but at the same time affording the privacy needed for a tranquil holiday. All the villas have sea or panoramic views. All rooms have a shower, kitchenette and a fridge.
Sport activities description
A range of water sports are available for additional fees including diving, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and pedal boating. Further recreational facilities provided for additional fees include tennis, golf, horse riding and biking. Guests may take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the sandy beach.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning.

Bed linens and towels are not included (with charge/person/change) onyl for Rsidence. There is a compulsory deposit only for Residence .Guests are requested to contact the hotel if arriving after 10 pm. There are only Italian channels on the TV. Cots and extra beds may be hired.

The residence in north-east Sardinia is situated on a hill that overlooks the Porto Taverna bay. It faces the nature park of Tavolara Island and Molara Island, about 20 km to the south of Olbia and not far from the exclusive Costa Smeralda.

How to get there
By car from Olbia: Take the coastal state road SS125 from Olbia in the direction of Nuoro and continue for about 18 km until arriving in the locality Monte Petrosu. Soon afterwards turn left and follow the road signs to the residence.
