Built in 1985, the complex was renovated in 2007 and is located along a main road. It contains a number of 3-storey buildings with a total of 324 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area (35,000 m²), a substantial lobby , hire safes, a currency exchange desk, an Internet corner (for an added fee) and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it includes a game room, a supermarket, a shop, and a nightclub. On the boulevard there is a restaurant and an old pirate ship which has been converted into a cosy bar. A self-service laundry as well as medical assistance are also on offer. There are car parking facilities and a children's playground as well as a kids' club available for use.

The tasteful apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a spacious en suite bathroom, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace.

Sport activities description

In the grounds, guests will find 2 pools (partially heated) with a children's pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sport enthusiasts may enjoy a game of beach volleyball and basketball, as well as snooker, bocce, table tennis or tennis, in addition to the aerobics classes, diving and mountain bikes which are on offer (some of which incur an additional fee). For guests' amusement the hotel has an entertainment programme. The nearest golf course is located about 2 km from the hotel and the Aqua Park is located around 1.5 km away.

This apartment complex is ideally located in Costa Teguise's tourist centre, just 150 metres from the nearest beautiful sandy bay. Countless shopping and entertainment venues in the town centre are within walking distance of the hotel, or may easily be reached by making use of public transport. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (10 m away). The island's capital, Arrecife, is only 7 kilometres from the hotel.
