Room description
All apartments are very new and completely furnished. In addition to fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, accommodation units come with a complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a living room with a wide sofa bed. All apartments have a minimum of 2 balconies facing the street and come with a TV set and electrical heating.

Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Bracelona B&B, at Pau Claris street 145 ent 1, to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.Cleaning service is not included in the price. How to get there
