The apartments are available for guests' arrival from 4 pm to 7 pm and guests are required to check out on the last day of their stay between 9 apm and 10 am. Keys may be collected from the reception between 9 am and 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. For arrivals outside these hours and at the weekend, guests are requested to contact the reception before arrival by calling the following numbers 648 090 399 and 696 833878, and indicating their approximate time of arrival. No entries will be accepted outside reception hours without previous contact with the reception, nor will those arriving later than 9 pm.

How to get there
Guests should head south towards Morro Jable and on arrival at Cañadas del Rio (Costa Calma) take the roundabout to the right. At the second roundabout turn right and continue to a 3rd roundabout. Turn left, and up on the left is the entrance to the apartments.
