This recently build resort of beach apartments has top quality décor and the main building comprises 8 floors and 56 apartments, 32 with one bedroom and 24 with 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 3 or 5 persons respectively. There are lifts and a garage (subject to fees and availability). The head office is situated in Villas La Manga, Gran Via, km 3 and it is open 24h.
Room description
The apartments offer an excellent view to the sea and have a separate kitchen with a vitroceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave oven, iron and ironing board and utensils. They also have a complete bathroom with hair dryer and a lounge with sofa bed. All the apartments have a television, air conditioning and heating, a safe box (local charge) and terrace. The penthouse apartments have a spacious 40 m² terrace with sun beds and outdoor furniture (upon request and subject to availability).
Sport activities description
The resort has an outdoor adult's swimming pool with children's area, which is surrounded by a terrace. Tomas Maestre marina, which offers various leisure and sports activities, is 1 km from the hotel, as is the nearest golf course.

Situated in front of the Menor Sea beach and a few metres from the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel is at the 13 km point on la Manga del Mar Menor. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the marina where guests will find shops, restaurants and bars.
