Rooms were clean and location is fantastic.
Pool was a bit dirty and reception lost our key one night but were helpful enough about it.

The pool and rooms were very clean.
We were in a room right next to the entrance and the stairs to the other rooms. I understand that the hotel is near magaluf but the noise when people were coming back to their rooms woke us up. The walls are fairly thin and we never heard anyone tell them to be quiet.
Beach is very close and if you like the nightlife, magaluf is only a short walk away.

larm om natten fra andre gæster. værelse 152 har udsigt til baggård/madlugt.
Apartment was cery clean,staff were friendly and efficient. Apartmentwas very clean, towels were changed every day. staffwere friendly and efficient.
For four nights in succession we were awakened by very loud shouting at around 4am. On fourt hnight at 3.30am there was shouting followed by banging on our door whch went on for about 3 minutes. This was very frightening and disturbing for us and resulted in very little sleep for remainder of night.On following night we managed an undisturbed night.
