Opened in 2004, the hotel is situated in the middle of the resort and comprises a total of 60 apartments. Facilities include a reception hall, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and a laundry service.
Room description
The studios can accommodate 2 to 4 people and feature bunk beds or sofa beds. There are also 1-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people and 2-bedroom apartments from 4 to 6 people. Each accommodation unit features a private bathroom, TV, kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated heating and a seating area.

Keys should be collected at reception in the Habitat Sierra Nevada Office, situated in the Arttyfal building. Check-in is from 5 pm, to 8 pm, and checking in later than this will incur a surcharge. It is obligatory to call the hotel in advance on +34 958-480 009 or +34 676-990 065 for check-in later than 8 pm. Guests will be required to leave a deposit upon arrival, payable on a credit Card, which will be returned within 3 days of departure if there is no damage to the apartment. Guests are required to return the key before 11 am to check out. Animals are not allowed in this hotel. Each accommodation unit has linen, but no towels - guests can hire towels from the hotel.

The apartments are situated in 3 different buildings; Arttyfal, Arttyco, and Maribel Arttyco. Guests will be allocated a room in one of the three buildings, which are all similar and situated in one of the best areas of the ski resort, just 75 metres from the first chair lift.
