Reviews on the Suite Grande Villas Resort

We been going here for 6 years and will continue to as long as the price is right. We love it and have recommended it to others. The only complaint is that they don't offer free wii fi in your condo. . Had to go to McDonald's nearby. They have 2 computers in the office but they are hard to get on for the size of the Resort..

Arrived to find friendly staff. There are 2 check in desks for 2 seperate hotels in the lobby. Grand Villa's is currently in the process of building their own check in in the resort which will save the 5 min walk from check at Cypress point Resort to our room at Grand Villas. Room was very well equiped and was actually much better than the pictures on the hotel website. Cleanliness was to a high standard, I particularly enjoyed the card under the bed stating 'yes... we clean here too'. Room was serviced 2 days a week and if you put the do not disturb sign on the door they will leave a card allowing you to arrange a suitable time. The best thing about the hotel for us was its close proximity to Downtown Disney. We walked there every day which took 20 mins... even with a 7 year old. The resort does not have any restaurants but there are plenty within a short walking distance. They do however have a gift shop on site and they also make pizzas and deliver to your room until 2am.. amazing! Would reccomend this place to anyone planning to spend the majority of the time at disney. Taxi to: Disney-$10 Seaworld-$20 Airport-$50 Florida Mall-$40

The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, modernly furnished and well maintained. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable. Any requests made were acted upon. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for those who want to visit Disney, Downtown Disney is only about 1 mile away. There is a great selection of restaurants within walking distance.

I had to pay $40 for 14 days wifi.

Beautifully clean and tidy. Quiet. Well furnished rooms.

I got hit on directly I checked in to go to a time share meeting, which was a little annoying, but it is a very nice resort. Perhaps if I had been staying more than a couple of nights, it might have been appropriate.

The hotel was excellent value for money. We were in the Grand Vllas complex and found them to be equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Well above the normal standard we have had in many other hotels in the area in the past.The pool area was very enjoyable and again well catered for in loungers and tables. There was also a great wee shop which sold everything you could think of and did great food to take away too. Will definitely be back.

Only negative was the fact that we were sent from the reception to get a welcome pack from the girl at the other desk only to be hassled into going the next morning to a meeting about the complex - which we certainly did not want to go to and waste our holiday time - it would have taken 90 minutes. She was not pleased and let us know this. That was not a good experience and would have put us off going back if the villa had not been so good.

Great location, staff helpful, facilities good, excellent value for money.

Standard of decor in our apartment was not as good as when we last stayed there three years ago.

Great place! The kids loved it as much as the adults. Next time we visit Disney World we'll allow more free time to enjoy the ammenities of this delightful property.

Disney World.

They dont do everyday housekeeping which is nice because you dont have to worry about anything getting misplaced. We stayed here 6 nights and they do cleaning every 8 days so its like a home away from home. All you have to do is call the front desk if you need anything and someone will bring it for you. I would LOVE to stay here again!

It's a great place to stay. I love the Lake Buena Vista area and this is a great resort.

There isnt anything negative to say.

Dining (ESPECIALLY Bahama Breeze), near all the Disney's, The Premier Outlet Mall and plenty more.

Great space in accomodation, was perfect for us. Generous supply of towels - starter pack of kitchen cleaning aids very useful. Close to Downtown Disney, Crossroads etc and easy access to I4 and onwards. Pool has shop pool side and has a kiddies pool beside it behind secure gates. Mini golf on site and organised kids events in club house. Will definitely consider staying there again on future visits to Orlando.

Downtown Disney, Disney parks, Crossroads for restaurants, Seaworld close by, very near a Winn Dixie for grocery shopping and minutes away from Premium Outlets and easy access to Universal.

The staff on site were very professional and courteous. It would be good base for the budget traveller.

The suite was decidedly 2* not 4* as listed. The bath was broken and the kitchen facilities were poor.

All the theme parks are within close driving distance.
