Room description

The hills of Maleme offer quiet walks among the olive and orange groves and vineyards, as well as the German Memorial and graveyard of the Second World War. Maleme is well situated, with easy and quick access to the exotic beaches of Falasarna, Gramvousa, Balos and Elaffonissi, with their crystal blue waters and pink sand. Chania, the main town, is 18 km away, home to the charming Venetian Harbour, with its Neoclassical, Venetian and Turkish architecture, rich in culture and history. It is a pleasure to wander along the small cobbled streets with their museums, churches, souvenir shops and taverns. The long, beautiful beach is only 300 metres away.
