Built in 2008, the aparthotel consists of 9 modern apartments. It includes 4 very sunny one-bedroom apartments and 5 studios (facing the interior courtyard). Three of the four apartments can connect with a studio to create a larger space. The residence also offers lift access and a car park for those arriving by car.
Room description
Each apartment offers an electric fan, plasma TV with satellite/cable channels, radio and CD/DVD and MP3 players. The American-style kitchenettes each come with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer, and the bedrooms have a double bed. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided for guests' comfort, and either a balcony or terrace also features.

Offering superb views over the city, it is ideally located in the centre, only 800 m from the Majorelle Garden and 800 m from the centre of Gueliz, which is the newer area of Marrakech. The old city historical area and the famous Djemaa el Fna square are only 1.5 km away.

How to get there
From the airport, head in the direction of Marrakech and then to the European city centre named Place du Gueliz. From there, take Avenue Zerktouni for 500 m (until the second set of traffic lights), and then turn left onto the street named Rue Erraouda. After about 500 m, turn right. Then after 100 m, the aparthotel will appear on the left-hand side of the street, at number 11.
