Good value for money, will use again !

Food could have been hotter, but there was a microwave oven to reheat !

we have stayed many times at the pinar,however this time i was not impressed by the breakfast

Never ever ever is this a 4 star hotel in a million years! easyjet have quite obviously not checked this hotel out, everything is out dated, tired looking and shabby looking, the kitchenette was virtually falling apart and the tiny tv was faulty. The staff do a great job and the place was clean if i had of paid anymore for this room or had any of my children with me i would have been making some major complaints.

Excellent hotel on the Costa del Sol.

Staff were very helpful when we requested information and provided wake up calls and early breakfasts. They also provided a regular free coach service into Torremolinos town centre and beach. Food adequately hot.

We would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast. Very limited supply of fresh vegtables. We would have liked clearer labelling of food products.( There was no labelling for the soup.) Unfortunately the tea and coffee machine broke down and ran out of supply on several occasions.

The hotel is situated in a residential area approx.1 mile from Torremolinos town centre, therefore we were required to use either the free coach, bus or train service, or walk to access any recreational activities.

the reception staff are friendlys

bar and resturant are very unhappy atomesphere, decoration are like rundown hospital, hallways dark and dirty carpets ,dinner food no taste you have to look for cuterelys and the staff are angry faces and we have to pay for a bottle of water with our dinner which we couildnt eat irst and last, I trevall a lot but I have never seen a 4star like this I do not know how and who is rated 4star.

We had a very large corner suite with balcony all around it. The hotel staff were friendly and could speak English a bit.

There was a sewer smell in the halls and we were told it was caused by the airconditioning. It was not in the suite though. Elevators were miniscule. Dont eat the food there, best to eat out.The hotel is not anywhere near the beach, you need a car.

horrible staff, horrible hotel, if the weather had of been horrible i would have came straight home again cause there was nothing else to do except sunbathe...:)

nothing positive to say. not close to the beach, not close to any shops, and not close to any nice resturants.

the staff speak very little english, and just cannot be bothered trying to explain anything. i was enquiring about the water park and they did not have much information considering it was other guests had told us about it and it was ony a five min drive away. the breakfast was disgusting and so was the dinning area. this should def not be a four star hotel. more like a two star. my two year old niece was hungry in the hotel room but there was no toaster or kettle to make her anything.

really nothing to do at this hotel, you cannot even sit in your room as the tv is totally spanish.

Too far from the centre and beach.. Could be very noisey at night from other guests.. Very basic rooms!

Nothing.. Everything was st least 20 min walk away..

The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel and pool area was very clean; the food was varied and good.
