Room description
Each apartment consists of a bedroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, oven, kettle and cooking utensils) and a dining area. These apartments are situated in the north of Florence in the district of Novoli-San Donato. They are located in a dynamic, commercial and residential area near to the new extension of the University of Florence and its administrative offices. Guests will find the nearest bus station around 100 m away (bus 22) and it is only some 500 m to restaurants, shops and bars. The tourist centre is approximately 4 km away, as are the Accademia Gallery and Santa Maria Novella railway station. The apartment complex is just a few minutes from the exit of the A1/A11 motorway and it is also well connected by public transport to the city centre and the exhibition area, the Palazzo dei congressi Fortezza da Basso (around 3 km). It is roughly 5 km to the city centre, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella Church and the Uffizi Gallery. The apartments are some 30 km from Lake Bilancino, around 80 km from the Abetone ski region and roughly 90 km from Viareggio's beaches, and from the city of Pisa. Peretola Airport is situated only 2 km away.

How to get there
Guests arriving by car will find the apartments just a few minutes' drive from the Firenze Nord/Ovest (North-West Florence) toll road. If coming from any Italian city, guests should exit at the tollway Firenze Nord and continue towards Novoli. Turn into Viale Guidoni on the right-hand side of the divided carriageway. Then take the 5th street on the right opposite the Ortofrutticolo Market (old entrance). By plane: the apartments are situated just a few minutes from Florence's A. Vespucci Airport. The best way to get to the complex from the airport is by taxi, but it is possible to undertake the journey on foot. By train: Guests should head to Santa Maria Novella train station. The bus stop for bus 22 (for 'Via Lippi e Macia') is right by the exit to the train station and will take guests to the hotel in 15 minutes. Just get out at the 2nd stop on Viale Guidoni, or stay on until the last stop, which is just 5 minutes from the apartments (the end of Via Lippi e Macia).
